Sandra Tremblay brings over 25 years of strategic human resources leadership experience within the mining and resources industry. Sandra plays a key role in shaping a high-performance culture, attracting top talent, and aligning workforce strategies with Elevra Lithium’s business objectives.
Prior to joining Elevra, Sandra held senior human resources positions at leading mining companies, including IAMGOLD, Agnico Eagle, and Glencore Canada. Sandra is recognized for her pragmatic approach, collaborative leadership style, and deep understanding of operational realities. Her experience spans large-scale human resources projects, international mobility, talent development, and workforce communications—driving practical solutions that resonate across all levels of the organization.
Sandra was appointed Chief People Officer for Elevra in July 2025.
