Chief Sustainability Officer
Monique Parker has accountability for Elevra’s Health, Safety, Environment, and Community (HSEC) strategy and oversees permitting/approvals for the company’s global projects. A certified safety professional with nearly 20 years of experience, Monique has worked across multiple industries and continents, ensuring regulatory compliance and advancing environmental and safety initiatives.
Prior to joining Elevra (formerly Piedmont Lithium), she held senior roles at Albemarle Corporation, Owens Corning, Hexcel Corporation, and Unilever. Monique holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
Monique was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer for Elevra in July 2025.
