Dylan is a legal and governance expert with over 25 years of experience across global industries. A Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and a solicitor in both Western Australia and New South Wales, he specialises in corporate governance, compliance, and legal risk management.

In the past, Dylan served as Group Company Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel at Arcadium Lithium, where he played a key role in the A$15 billion merger of Allkem and Livent. He has also held senior legal roles in several ASX-listed companies operating across Australasia, Southeast Asia, the UK, and the Middle East.

Dylan is known for his pragmatic approach and broad expertise, spanning board governance, regulatory filings, employee share plans, and trade compliance. His background in both corporate law and commercial litigation brings valuable perspective to Elevra’s evolving global footprint.

Dylan was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary for Elevra in July 2025.
