Elevra holds a number of mineral assets across North America and Oceania, including early-stage exploration projects and those nearing development, which offer potential for increased shareholder value.

Project Overview

Elevra has a number of lithium and gold projects in Western Australia (WA), focusing on key areas in the Pilbara and South Murchison regions.

WA Lithium Projects

Elevra holds the lithium rights to the Deep Well, Tabba Tabba, Red Rock, Mt Dove, Friendly Creek, Station Peak and Mount Satirist tenements, which cover a total of 478 square kilometres.

WA Gold Projects

Elevra’s Pilbara gold leases are prospective for intrusion-related gold mineralisation, similar in style to the Hemi gold discovery. The Company is using its knowledge of late-stage intrusions, built up in the search for pegmatite mineralisation, to fast-track identification of Hemi style targets.

Morella Lithium Joint Venture

Elevra has a 49% equity stake in the Morella Lithium Joint Venture, which holds lithium rights for six tenements in the Pilbara (covering 426 sq km) and two tenements in the South Murchison (covering 48 sq km). The joint venture is managed by Morella Corporation Limited (ASX: 1MC).

Project Overview

The Authier Lithium Project in Québec, Canada, is a hard rock spodumene deposit that forms part of Elevra’s Abitibi lithium hub.

Located 45 kilometres north-west of Val d’Or, a major mining centre, Authier benefits from established infrastructure, economical hydroelectric power and proximity to North American battery markets.

Project Overview

Elevra’s Tansim Lithium Project is situated 82 kilometres south-west of the Authier Lithium Project. Tansim is prospective for lithium, tantalum, and beryllium.

Mineralisation is hosted within spodumene-bearing pegmatite intrusions striking east-west, dipping to the north and hosted by metasedimentary – metavolcanic rocks of the Pontiac sub-province. The main prospects are Viau-Dallaire, Viau and Vezina.

In November 2019, an Exploration Target was announced for the Viau-Dallaire prospect, highlighting the potential for the discovery of new lithium mineralisation.

Project Overview

Vallée is located in Abitibi, Québec, near the township of La Corne, situated within the southern portion of the Abitibi Greenstone Belt, adjacent to the NAL operation.

In November 2022, the company announced a strategic acquisition and earn‐in between NAL and Consolidated Lithium Metals Inc. (CLM) at CLM’s Vallée Lithium Project. The acquisition and earn-in by NAL comprised 48 claims spanning approximately 1,997 hectares, located adjacent to the NAL operation.

Under the agreement, NAL acquired 20 claims outright, spanning 755 ha, together with the right to earn up to a 51% stake in an additional 28 claims, based on spending and funding milestones. The claims provided an immediate extension to the NAL operating area, allowing for potential future infrastructure expansion at the NAL mine and its processing facility.

Vallée’s pegmatite targets are located close to and along strike from the NAL orebody. Critically, the tenure secures the prospective granodiorite host and its contact zone, which are important ore controls in the NAL deposit.

Project Overview

Lac Albert is a developing lithium asset located 3.5km west of the Moblan project in the same proven lithium mining province.

In January 2022, the Company announced the acquisition of 121 new claims, spanning 6,592 ha known as the Lac Albert Project. These claims are separate from the current Moblan joint venture agreement.

The identified pegmatite occurrences are located in an area afforded favourable access by its proximity to the Route Du Nord, an all-weather regional highway.

Project Overview

In an expansion of the northern lithium hub, in November 2022 the company acquired 1,824 claims comprising 985 square kilometres from Troilus Gold Corp (TSX:TLG).

The claims are located adjacent to Elevra’s Moblan Lithium Project (covering 4.3 sq km) and extend over a major part of the Frotêt‐Evans Greenstone Belt.

The claims offer potential for significant eastward extensions to the Moblan mineralisation, as well as regional targets in the growing lithium district.

Project Overview

The Killick Lithium project in Southwestern Newfoundland and Labrador totals 950 square kilometres with anticipated spodumene-bearing pegmatite.

Elevra holds a 19.9% interest in joint venture Vinland Lithium (Sokomon Minerals and Benton Resources hold the remainder), which in turn owns the Killick Lithium Project.

Killick was first discovered in 2021, with a maiden drilling program occurring in 2022. That resulted in the discovery of the Kraken Dyke, which returned 8.4m of 0.95% Li₂O in hole GH-22-01.*

Geochemical surveys have outlined multiple lithium and tantalum soil anomalies, some extending several kilometres in length. Airborne geophysical magnetics, an electromagnetics survey, and field geochemical surveys have also been undertaken at the project.
