Dawne is a Trustee for the University of Pittsburgh and an emeritus member of the Board of the Smithsonian National Air and Space Museum. She is a graduate of the University of Rochester and earned a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Appointed Chair in July 2025, Dawne’s expertise spans strategic planning, operations and corporate governance, making her well-suited to chair the Elevra Board.
Lucas is a senior resources sector professional who has led resources organisations at the Chief Executive Officer level and held executive and non-executive director roles in both listed and unlisted entities.
As a mining engineer with extensive hands-on operational experience in both the mining resources and the renewable energy sector, he is well versed in global resource trends and growth markets.
Laurie has held a number of non-executive director roles over the past six years and is a non-executive director and audit and risk committee chair for Acrow Ltd and Stanwell Corporation Limited.
Laurie holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and administration, is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Australia and New Zealand, a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
She was appointed to the Board in October 2024.
He has successfully sourced, developed and operated numerous key global projects with a focus on lithium and battery minerals. He has an extensive global investment network to underpin the capital requirements for project investment and development.
He was appointed to the Board in August 2013. He previously served as a Non-Executive Director of Sayona Mining.
He also serves as a Director of Greenwing Resources Limited.
Previous roles include serving as President of the Central Division of Vulcan Materials Company, the nation’s largest producer of construction aggregates. Before joining Vulcan, Christine held various executive management positions at GE Aviation, including serving as President of GE Aviation-Unison Industries and GE Aviation-Middle River Aircraft Systems.
Christine also serves on the boards of Apogee Enterprises and Albany International. She began her career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Co. after graduating from Harvard Business School.
Allan is a senior executive with over 55 years’ experience in the mining industry and has been directly responsible for the commercialisation of several projects, from resource identification through to production in Australia and Indonesia.
He also serves as a Director of Morella Corporation Limited and Interra Resources Limited.
Allan was appointed to the Board in August 2013.
Jeff has also served on the boards of private companies in the chemical, solar, healthcare device, and direct-to-consumer sectors. Prior to 2009, he worked in investment banking with senior roles at what is now Wells Fargo’s Investment Bank, along with Citigroup and Morgan Stanley.
He earned a Master of Business Administration from the Darden School of Business, received a Bachelor of Science from the McIntire School of Commerce, and is a Chartered Financial Analyst.
He formerly served on the Board of Ryerson China Limited (2024–2025), and as Vice President of Finance for Ryerson Holding Corporation (NYSE: RYI). He also served as the Chief Financial Officer of Central Steel & Wire Co., a wholly owned subsidiary of Ryerson.

Before joining Elevra, Christian was Chief Integration and Transformation Officer at Arcadium Lithium, where he led the merger integration of Livent and Allkem. He previously held senior leadership roles at Allkem and Orocobre, including Chief Financial Officer and Chief of Sales and Marketing, delivering major financing programs, process improvements and profitability gains.
During his career, Christian has worked at PwC in Australia and Mexico. He holds an Executive MBA from the Australian Graduate School of Management (UNSW), a Graduate Diploma in Chartered Accounting, and a Bachelor of Accounting and Finance from the Institute of Technology of Monterrey.
Based in Brisbane, Christian is passionate about the energy transition and brings a collaborative, results-driven approach to advancing Elevra’s strategic and financial objectives.
As a mechanical engineer, he is a specialist in mine project management and continuous process improvement, he has extensive experience in operations management for both open pit and underground mines.
During his career, Sylvain has worked on several IAMGOLD mining projects, notably as manager of a major capital project at the Essakane mine in Burkina Faso. He has also managed copper and gold mines and projects in Québec, Ontario and the United States.
He was appointed President and COO of Canada for Elevra in July 2025.
Prior to joining Elevra, Sandra held senior human resources positions at leading mining companies, including IAMGOLD, Agnico Eagle, and Glencore Canada. Sandra is recognized for her pragmatic approach, collaborative leadership style, and deep understanding of operational realities. Her experience spans large-scale human resources projects, international mobility, talent development, and workforce communications—driving practical solutions that resonate across all levels of the organization.
Sandra was appointed Chief People Officer for Elevra in July 2025.
Prior to joining Elevra (formerly Piedmont Lithium), she held senior roles at Albemarle Corporation, Owens Corning, Hexcel Corporation, and Unilever. Monique holds a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Tennessee Technological University.
Monique was appointed Chief Sustainability Officer for Elevra in July 2025.
In the past, Dylan served as Group Company Secretary and Senior Legal Counsel at Arcadium Lithium, where he played a key role in the A$15 billion merger of Allkem and Livent. He has also held senior legal roles in several ASX-listed companies operating across Australasia, Southeast Asia, the UK, and the Middle East.
Dylan is known for his pragmatic approach and broad expertise, spanning board governance, regulatory filings, employee share plans, and trade compliance. His background in both corporate law and commercial litigation brings valuable perspective to Elevra’s evolving global footprint.
Dylan was appointed General Counsel and Company Secretary for Elevra in July 2025.
With more than 30 years of experience, Andrew brings a wealth of expertise across investor relations, business development and equity markets. Prior to joining Elevra, he served for over seven years as Director of Investor Relations at Allkem Limited. His career also includes a variety of senior roles across the resources sector as well as investment roles at Perpetual Investments and QIC.
Andrew began his career as a geologist in North-West Queensland and with this background brings a well-rounded perspective to his current role at the intersection of finance, business development, communication, and mining.
Andrew joined Sayona Mining in April 2024 and was appointed Chief Development & Investors Relations Officer for Elevra in July 2025.
Malissa joined Piedmont Lithium in 2020, prior to its merger with Sayona to form Elevra Lithium. Prior to joining Piedmont, Malissa spent over a decade with the Gaston County Economic Development Commission, where she led retention and expansion efforts for more than 200 manufacturers.
With a background in public affairs and corporate communications, Malissa brings deep stakeholder expertise and a strong understanding of economic development to her role. Malissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Communications from Western Carolina University.
Malissa was appointed Vice-president Government Affairs – US for Elevra in July 2025.
